I’m Celeste, the sole practitioner and data controller at Zenic Aesthetics. Your privacy is really important to me, so I keep things simple, safe, and transparent.

1. What information I collect

Name, date of birth, contact details (phone/email)
Medical history and consultation notes (essential for safe treatment)
Before & after photos (only with your explicit written consent)
Payment details (processed securely – I never store full card numbers)
Booking and appointment history

2. How I use your information

To provide safe, personalised treatments and aftercare
To send appointment reminders and follow-up messages
To process payments and issue receipts
To comply with legal and insurance requirements (e.g. prescription records)

3. Legal basis

I only process your data with your consent or because it’s necessary to deliver the treatment you’ve requested (contract) or to meet medical/legal obligations.

4. Sharing your data I only share your details when absolutely required:

With a registered prescriber for prescription based medications
With my insurer or regulatory bodies if requested
With secure payment providers (i.e. Stripe / takepayments)

I never sell or share your data for marketing.

5. Photos & marketing

Before & after photos are only taken and used with your separate written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and I’ll remove them immediately.

6. How long I keep your data

Medical records: 8 years (legal requirement)
Consultation forms & prescriptions: 7 years
General contact details: until you ask me to delete them

7. Your rights You have the right to:

See the data I hold about you
Ask me to correct or delete it
Withdraw consent for photos/marketing at any time
Lodge a complaint with the ICO if you’re unhappy

8. Security

All records are kept on encrypted, password-protected systems. Paper forms are stored in a locked cabinet.

My website uses a few cookies to make things work smoothly:

Essential cookies – let you move around the site and book appointments
Analytics cookies (Wix) – help me see which pages are popular (no personal data)
Booking cookies – remember your cart and preferences

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings any time (it might just make booking a bit clunkier).
