All new clients require a 30-minute consultation before any treatment. This allows me to fully understand your goals, medical history, and desired results, and to ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you. Consultation fee: £20 (fully redeemable against any treatment booked). Prescription consultations (for anti-wrinkle injections/B12) are separate.

• DM me directly to enquire about availability and to get your slot booked. 

• You can book both your consultation and treatment slot at the same time, but please leave at least 48 hours between the consultation and any anti-wrinkle / B12 treatment (required for prescription processing).

• Or book your consultation first and choose your treatment date afterwards – whichever feels best for you.

• Consultation fees need to be paid in full, and a 50% deposit will be required upfront for all treatments.   Your spot is locked in ONLY when payment has been received.

Botulinum toxin & Vitamin Injections are classified as prescription-only medicines in the UK. By law, before I can administer it, a qualified prescriber (doctor, nurse prescriber, pharmacist or dentist) must carry out a face-to-face consultation with you to assess your medical history, and write the prescription in your name.

This usually takes 10–15 minutes and comes at a charge which I pay directly to the prescriber.  I then collect the prescription and the toxin, so everything is ready for you when you come in for the treatment appointment.

The 48-hour gap is required so the prescriber can complete the consultation and I can receive the medication in time – all to keep you 100 % safe and fully legal.

It’s a quick, painless step that guarantees your treatment is tailored, documented, and compliant. Once it’s done, your actual anti-wrinkle appointment with me is nice and relaxed!

72-hour rule:

Cancel or move your appointment at least 72 hours before – full deposit refund or transfer.

Under 72 hours? No refunds or rebooking.

No-shows lose the full amount paid.

I'm a small business and can’t fill last-minute gaps.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment (full fee applies).

• Consultation fee (£20) is payable in full at booking via bank transfer.

• Treatment appointments require a 50 %  deposit via bank transfer to secure your slot. No deposit = no confirmed booking.

• Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment (bank transfer preferred – fast, secure, no fees).

I’ll always give honest advice. Results vary person-to-person and cannot be guaranteed. I only use premium, UK-approved products.

You must complete a full medical history form and treatment consent form. Please tell me about any changes before treatment. Under 18s require parental consent and presence.

You will be emailed a link to complete the Medical History and Treatment consent forms online.

Before & after photos are only taken and used with your consent and are linked to your client file for reference and insurance related purposes.

I will seek separate consent to use any digital imagery for social media content purposes.

All consultation fees are non refundable.  Treatments cannot be refunded once performed. If you’re unhappy, let me know within 14 days and I’ll do my very best to put it right (free correction or adjustment where clinically appropriate).
